All of our food that we offer takes advantage of the nutrition and convenience of dehydrated or freeze dried technology. Our foods are delicious and are nutritionally balanced. They are proportioned for two full cup servings and provide a full 2,000 calories per day.
Only the very highest quality raw ingredients are blended into our storable foods, and there are never any chemicals, preservatives, or MSG added. Any salt used is always superior sea salt, and any sugar is evaporated cane juice sugar.
All of the meals are what we call "quick fix", in that they are ready to eat in only ten minutes after adding boiling water. Our recipes are designed and blended for extreme convenience to respond to extreme conditions. However, they are so tasty and so easily and quickly prepared, that many people and families are using them for a nutritious daily meal.
We offer our First Cabin Storable Cuisine in 6-month units which are contained in 12 buckets. Each bucket is 4.25 gallons and each bucket is sealed with a tear strip.
All buckets are clearly labeled, identifying exactly what meals/pouches are in each.

- It's easier to open a pouch or two and prepare the food and be done with it, rather than having to deal with sealing an re-shelving a can.
- The pouches can be used as the actual preparation container by merely pouring the hot water into the pouch.
- The servings are predetermined.
- The pouches are more convenient for multiple uses. They make it easy to take a simple self contained amount of food sufficient for the purpose.
- Additionally, the pouches easily conform to a back pack, suitcase or whatever, for a hike or a camping trip, than a metal number 10 can does.
